Terms of Service

You must provide accurate signup details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including team members you invite and share links you distribute.

Plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees. The free trial runs for 7 days and is intended for testing and evaluation only — trial uploads are not kept as long-term storage. Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Ultra) unlock the limits and features listed on the pricing page. Plan limits — active projects, storage, monthly image allowance and file-sharing allowance — are enforced by the service.

If a subscription lapses, the account moves to a read-only state: existing files stay viewable and downloadable, but new uploads and new folders are paused until you renew.

You retain all rights to the photographs, client records and other content you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, transform (thumbnails, previews, exports) and deliver that content for you. We do not use your photographs to train models.

You confirm you have the rights and consents needed to upload the content and to share it with your clients.

Do not use the service to store or share unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to bypass plan limits or access controls, probe or attack the infrastructure, or resell the service without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep the service available and to fix issues quickly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and third-party provider outages may cause temporary interruption. Support is provided by email and through in-app tickets.

Handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete projects, clients and folders at any time; deletion also removes the stored files. Account deletion can be requested at ezhuvam@gmail.com.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Keep your own backups of irreplaceable originals.
