Shipping & Delivery Policy

There are no physical goods, no shipping charges and no delivery addresses. Access to the service is provided entirely through your account at this website.

Your workspace is available immediately after signup. Sign in with your email and password, or with Google, to reach your dashboard.

Plan upgrades and file-sharing storage add-ons are applied to your account as soon as payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes. If an upgrade has not appeared within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email ezhuvam@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will activate it manually.

Files you share with your clients are delivered as secure web links, not as physical media. Delivery speed depends on the recipient's internet connection. Links can be password-protected and carry an expiry date that you control.
